Personal Pilates Training Sessions
During your personal training sessions in my private Pilates studio in Walkertown, NC, you will have my undivided attention. The format is specific to your needs and abilities as we work together towards your fitness goals.

I offer an introductory session. If you wish to purchase a package after this session, then the introductory session is counted as the first in the package. If you don't purchase more sessions, then there is no charge for the introductory session.

Private One-Hour Sessions
Single Session $50/Session  
4-Session Package $45/session $180 total
8-Session Package $40/session $320 total
Semi-Private One-Hour Sessions
Single Session $30 per person/session  
4-Session Package $28 per person/session $112 per person total
8-Session Package $25 per person/session $200 per person total
My studio is located in Walkertown, NC and is convenient to Kernersville, Winston-Salem, Belews Creek, Oak Ridge, Stokesdale, Oak Ridge, Rural Hall and King, North Carolina.
How often should you practice Pilates?
For best results, I recommend Pilates exercise at least three times per week.
Once per week. Results will take longer to see.
Twice per week. Results will be noticeable sooner,
Three times per week.
Results will be quickly noticed.
Payment
Sessions are prepaid in single, 4 or 8 session packages by cash or check.

Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required to either cancel or reschedule your session. Any appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a charge of 100% of service booked.
Of course, there are exceptions to this policy such as sudden illness and emergencies. If you have any questions or concerns, please discuss this with me before beginning your sessions.
