I have successfully helped clients
rehabilitate from injury, stroke and joint replacements
and assisted athletes in such disciplines as baseball,
track, golf, water/snow skiing, wakeboarding and ballet
in reaching their goals. I believe that anyone can
benefit from practicing Pilates.
My studio is fully equipped with
Pilates Reformers, Cadillac,
Combo Chairs, Barrel and Pilates Orbits. It is located
in
Walkertown, NC which is convenient to Winston-Salem, Belews Creek, Rural Hall, Oak Ridge,
Walnut Cove, Stokesdale, King
and Kernersville, NC areas. Private and semi-private personal
training sessions are available.
I provide Pilates based
training combined with traditional and cutting edge
physical training. The Pilates method develops strong
core musculature, flexibility and balance which are
crucial to support the work done by extremities, to move
effectively, efficiently and to prevent injury. Although we focus on

Pilates mat and equipment instructor comprehensively certified
through The Pilates Certification Center of NC and
internationally recognized Balanced
Body University; personal trainer certified through the
National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and certified
Core Barre
and TRX Suspension Training instructor.
I continually seek knowledge and attend training so that I may better serve
my clients. Most recently I've attended workshops on pre
and post pregnancy Pilates, Pilates for a Healthy Spine,
Pilates Training for Baseball and Ballet, and
Pathokinesiology of the Lumbar Spine.
